When sending in equipment for repair we recommend you obtain an RMA from us. It's as easy as calling or e-mailing us. It helps us track the equipment that comes in that may not have owner information on the box (i.e. sent from a UPS store). We just ask that you include the RMA somewhere on the shipping label, the box, or the equipment itself. At the very least, write down a name and phone number on a scrap of paper with the equipment so we can track you down.
